First – sorry for the layout. If nothing else improves on this site, the layout will. But the way it looks to day is an effort at getting things starting, so for now text is mostly what you see. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

The goal of this site is to provide news and facts about the alcohol and drug situation in Europe. Alcohol is on ordinary commodity, alcohol use creates do much harm both for individuals and society. Therefore we need regulations. That is our starting point.

We also think this is not just a question of politics, but also culture. We think it`s good for society that some people take the stand that they will not use alcohol or other drugs We believe that it is important that there are places in society where use of alcohol is not self-evident, and that the role alcohol and other drugs play in our social life are questioned. There is a need for counter-cultures and a resistance against an expanding alcohol industry. Therefore we want to make this point of view more visible.
